Deepesh Patel

I qualified as a solicitor in 1992 after completing my training at a firm in the West End.

I am the Managing Partner of the firm as well as the Head of the Dispute Resolution department. I have experience of dealing with many different types of dispute such as contractual disputes; partnership disputes; Landlord and Tenant 1954 Act renewals/disputes; dilapidations claims, boundary disputes and claims for possession of residential property.

I also have over 25 years’ experience of dealing with commercial property including freehold, leasehold, licences, tenancies at will and rent reviews.
